What Happened?

There is a widely accepted definition of "open-source" https://opensource.org/osd and most programmers usually get very mad when someone names a proprietary application "open-source" (see the whole Futo situation).

Given your bizarre licensing terms, it can be called a "source-available" app at most. Please, do not refer to your app as "open-source" in README and advertisements, it is very confusing and diminishing to the contributions of people who made their apps available for unconditional forking.
