Choose best pixel data file when several available

Some flares that fulfil the selection criteria and do have pixel data available did not make it to the final list, like for example the C4 flare with with ID 2108262318. At least in that case, the error occurred during the image creation process.

In that particular case, several (four) pixel data files are available, but the pipeline selects the first one that it finds. Possibly another file would allow to generate an image without triggering an error (to be tested).

I will do some experiment on that, trying to find a smart way to select the "best" pixel data file when several are available (e.g. based on the time resolution, or energy coverage, or whatever can potentially be problematic for the imaging pipeline).
