It seems devicemapper has been removed in favor of overlay2.

Quick fix is that the devicemapper tests now excludes the following distributions: ubuntu,debian,fedora/29

Reduced testing of devicemapper to only CentOS but it still seems to work on Fedora but not verified in what version.
