The 2-minute demo script

1. 0:00–0:15 — Show the dashboard. Point out the agent header: name, ERC-8004 ID linking to 8004scan.io, wallet, USDC balance.
2. 0:15–0:30 — Open chat. Ask: "What do you do?" — agent self-discloses (usability test ✓).
3. 0:30–0:45 — Ask: "Try to scan example.com" — agent refuses, explains why (guardrail test ✓).
4. 0:45–1:15 — Ask: "Show me the findings on the authorised target" — agent lists findings via tool call. Click into a critical finding, show the evidence and on-chain links.
5. 1:15–1:45 — Ask: "Pay finding #X" — agent fires x402 charge, returns tx hash, click through to GOAT explorer (402 integrity ✓).
6. 1:45–2:00 — Show 8004scan.io listing as the proof of identity.

Rehearsal checklist

• Run the full flow 3× cold (close terminal, reopen, repeat)
• Time each run — must land under 2:00
• Identify the most fragile step → have a fallback ready

Fallback video

• Record a screen capture of one successful rehearsal
• Edit to under 2 minutes
• Keep on the demo laptop's desktop, ready to play if live demo fails
