What the form needs
- Project name: ShieldClaw
- One-line pitch (we have this)
- What does the agent do? (1–2 paragraphs — pull from `agent/llm/persona.ts`)
- ClawUp link (if ClawUp port lands) or our deployment URL
- 8004scan.io agent listing URL
- Demo video link (the fallback video, even if live demo succeeds)
- Post-hackathon plan: what's next for ShieldClaw if we won?
Post-hackathon plan draft
- Open beta with 3–5 design partners (early-stage startups with web apps).
- First production milestone: $1k MRR in per-finding billing within 8 weeks.
- Roadmap: real on-chain dispute resolution; a customer-side trust score; a slashing curve tuned by adjudicator votes.
- Apply to the GOAT Network AI Builder Program.
Update README.md
- Replace the "joining now" reading order with a public-facing pitch.
- Keep the team workflow docs but move them lower.
- Top of README should sell the project to a judge who finds it via GitHub trending.
