[GATE] Generate agent wallet + fill GOAT funding forms

This is the long-pole external dependency. Start immediately.

Steps

1. Run `npm run wallet` — prints a new wallet address + private key.
2. Paste both into `.env`:
   • `AGENT_ADDRESS=0x…`
   • `AGENT_PRIVATE_KEY=0x…`
3. Fill the gas form with the address (each participant gets $3 of gas):

4. Fill the stables (USDC) form with the same address:

• Wallet balance shows non-zero gas + USDC on https://explorer.goat.network/address/

• Issue: Register agent on ERC-8004 mainnet
• Issue: Test x402 payment with real USDC
