Our development approach is guided by the following core collaboration principles:
- Rule-Driven Design: Every workflow within the platform must strictly map to and validate the mandatory business rules set out in the product requirements. Correctness is prioritized before speed.
- Quality Code & Consistent Standards: We follow linting guidelines and clear code review processes. Code changes must align with the conventions outlined in CONTRIBUTING.md.
- Continuous Integration: Code is pushed frequently, merged via verified pull requests, and tested. We maintain complete transparency in our project state.
- Agile execution: Features are structured into discrete, logical phases mapped in ROADMAP.md to ensure a high-quality baseline is operational at all times.
