Inline editor move to the top of the page when user scroll down editing panel.

Inline editor shows up in the right location for editing but when the user scrolls the editing panel down to see lower text the editor goes up until the top of the page as if scrolling down affected in the same way the inline editor.

When the editor rolls up and goes outside of the edition pane it stops working although it is still visible.
