Use npm publish in release workflow

Replace the publish step in the GitHub Actions workflow to call `npm publish` instead of `pnpm run publish`. This ensures the release uses the npm CLI (and avoids relying on pnpm or a project-specific publish script) after the job already upgrades npm to the latest version.
