Create a reservation to pre-pay

The current plan cannot be reserved, an upscale is neeed to a higher tier in oprder to pre-pay.

I understand that you want to purchase RI (reserved instance) for App service, but you are not getting any recommendations.

Checking your usage report, I can see that you are using the Azure App Service Premium v2 Plan - P1 v2 - EU North which can't be reserved.

Kindly be informed that RI (reserved instance) purchase starts from the Premium v3 and not from P1 V2

I think I have the information I need - I think the problem is that I need to first scale up to V3, which is not an option so I need to recreate my apps on V3, and then I can make reservations.
