ubuntu iso downloaded by wubi gives "another program is using this file" error according to log

i can't install ubuntu normally and i need wubi because i can't afford or borrow a flash drive

It seems like Wubi hits a conflict when trying to access the ISO file if it's not in the same directory or being locked by another process.

Steps to fix:

1. Go to your target installation folder where you want to install Ubuntu.
2. Locate your downloaded Ubuntu ISO file.
3. Copy and paste that ISO file into the same folder where your wubi.exe is located.
4. Run wubi.exe again and proceed with the installation.

This manually points Wubi to the source file immediately, preventing it from trying to re-download or access it from a temporary location that might be locked.
