Wheels for Windows

Hello, are there plans to release wheels for Windows? I understand that the existing Windows wheels were deprecated about a year ago. Also, those go up to Python 3.11, but the latest OSGeo4W Express Install gives Python 3.12. I was not able to install via python -m pip install pydsstools using the latest Python 3.12 default from OSGeo4W today.
