Onboarding papercuts

• Terminal spam from SPV wallet, yellow and green sigpams
• SPV wallet should be nothing but “your comet has not spawned” warning if it’s not spawned, second UI element below that with “Add new wallet” is weirdly cut off
• SPV wallet is the point and which we should ask “are you on a home network or a VPS?” so we can somewhat automate the Fief vs. Sponsor choice while keeping the human very much in the loop
• “Discovering sponsor on chain (this can take some time if urb-watcher is still processing blocks)…” how do I know %urb-watcher is processing blocks? Can %urb-watcher make that info available to SPV wallet such that SPV wallet can scry/subscribe and update its UI state accordingly?
• Once the process hits step 12/12 the "Spawn" button is highlighted in such a way that I feel like I should click it... there should be some clear CTA like "Continue" to dismiss the spawn UI and enter the default SPV wallet UI
