Search SBOM - Created on-from filter field behave erratically

On Search SBOMs page/tab, there are fields for filtering by Created On.

After filling them both and filtering the results,
when I try to change the From date by typing into it (e.g. backspace and '3' to change the last digit of a year),
it glitches as it temporarily erases the To input value and then (i assume after it gets some response from server)
it resets both From and To to the values before my change.

Here i first clicked in the From input end, pressed backspace and 3 then just waited.
Second attempt captured there was with also pressing enter right after typing the 3 - with same result.

In newer build (0.2.13) the behavior slightly changed - instead of resetting the fields values (reverting users modifications), it erases the 'TO' field whenever 'FROM' value is changed.
