Gruntwork Docs site v2.0

This release contains a major refactor of the navigation for the docs site. We've consolidated on two major pages - docs and reference, and as a result the docs sidebar is considerably larger, though we've tried to structure it in a consistent way across all our products to make it easy to find what you're looking for. We've endeavored to not remove any content with this release, this should be a purely additive change. We've also endeavored to setup redirects for all the old pages to any bookmarks/prior links should 302 appropriately.
