Proxy issue

bash version 5.1.4

bti --proxy http://127.0.0.1:xxx
or in configure file ~/.bti
proxy=http://127.0.0.1:xxx
or
http_proxy=http://127.0.0.1:xxx bti
doesn't work.
but
https_proxy=http://127.0.0.1:xxx bti
works
