ConfigurationManager class should be internal to the ChronoLog framework

ChronoLog Client dependncy on ConfigurationMnager should be removed

ClientConfiguration object should be used in ChronoLog client code and all the related test/example code instead

This is issue is the prerequisite to continue work on #155
