Add Continuous integration as Action to ChronoLog git Project
Subtasks :

(low priority) Pull a certain version of the code, build it, check no compilation errors.
(low priority) Add basic test cases and make sure all of them are passed.
Scripts to generate performance metrics #210 210 (medium priority) Prepare performance benchmarks on HPC that generate structured performance results
(low priority) Put it on HPC and run the benchmarking saving results marked with version labels.
