As reported by @victordeniz at https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/CONTRIB-7240, when anyone is attempting to install the latest version 0.2.2, the PHP dies with a fatal error:

line 37 of /local/assignbulk/lang/en/local_assignbulk.php: ParseError thrown

which puts the whole site into an error state.
