Feature Request: License Check

It would be useful to have the License checked against an acceptable list or at least prompt the user if it doesn't match a known list...

Agreed. Probably something that fits better in chase though.

I've been thinking further on this and want to actually implement a scrubbing tool. I do think though that skein should do some basic checking for licenses and content that may be questionable. I think it's now a good time to start thinking about how we could identify and do some scrubbing of these specific SRPMS.
