[ML Kit Document Scanner] Missing camera light option on Tablet #927

Describe the bug
The camera light option is missing when using Document Scanner on Tablet.

To Reproduce

Go to Document Scanner showcase by using Tablet

Expected behavior
The camera light option should be positioned in the top-right corner, consistent with its placement on mobile devices.

mlkit-document-scanner:16.0.0-beta1

Smartphone:

Device/Simulator: Android Tablet (Android 13, Galaxy Tab S6 Lite AND Android 14, Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE 5g)
Device/Simulator OS: Android 13, 14
