Fullscreen theme drawing change its position.

When I try to change the fullscreen theme like hide the status bar and hide the bottom navigation bar. Now, when I start drawing it will draw a slight downward. For example when I draw a circle that circle goes slightly down than my finger area.
Any idea achieves the same drawing output in a fullscreen theme.
