UTM cannot be generated as the link as the 'share' box is not displaying (Chrome/Edge)

Describe the bug
When I go to that page and add parameters, there should be a box where to see the UTM parameters added to the URL and a bitly shortener.however this box no longer appears on both Windows 11/Chrome or Edge. I am logged in to bitly and google

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on fill the form
3. Scroll down to 'Fill out required fields above and a URL will be generated for you here.'
4. this box should display the URL with UTM appended
