Set up GitHub action to automatically generate .md files

With the code to generate Markdown files from DFIQ YAML files published, it would be nice to have the public site automatically rebuild every time there's a change in the YAML files.

We already have a GH Action to build the mkdocs site off the Markdown files; what's missing is the YAML->Markdown set.
