Now need a setting to tune this (for instance, don't inline in debug mode / just replace by url() ?), and more proper sourcemap handling (sourcemap composition ground work is in progress).

Shipped in v0.1.3: can disable with transformer setting inlineImages: false.

Sourcemap-related issues (combining sourcemaps with other transforms) are tracked in issue #9.
