staticcheck issues are not appearing during the CI

We have noticed that static check issues are not appearing (always) during the CI(golangci-lint GitHub action) but only when to run manually in VS Code.

In some cases, a PR which don't have any go changes and their static check fails on different go files. In the vscode we can see it is a static check error.

Any idea how we can fix that? Let me know if you need more details.
