This is a localhost module for rah_bitly, a plugin for Textpattern CMS. It adds https://example.com/# at the beginning of all published Bitly short links. This makes a permanent link pointing to a local address publishable.
Using Composer:
$ composer require rah/rah_bitly_localhostOr download an installer package.
