Run ambari-setup

I'm curious why there's no state to ensure that ambari-setup is run silently so you can get the ambari-server running. Right now after successfully running your formula you still need to run ambari-setup.

Not really for a good reason but time.

It works well for the embedded database mode, though I was looking at the time of writing to use an external database and needed a more detailed setup like:

        --databasehost={{ config.server.jdbc.hostname }} \
        --databaseport={{ config.server.jdbc.port }} \

This leads to additional states about jdbc driver deployment, password management, initializing database schema ... and all possible combination for testing with postgres, mysql, oracle... I also run into AMBARI-6704 which sadly makes the exercice pointless unless Salt also manages the deployment of the patch...

The following should be working for the embedded mode though (?), probably worth adding indeed
