Debug a slow or failing app with built-in logs and metrics, no Grafana

Logs and metrics live on the node as part of the platform, so there's nothing extra to install before you can ask "what happened?":

levelrail-cli attention
levelrail-cli apps health-score hello
levelrail-cli apps logs hello --since 30m --q error --tail 20
levelrail-cli apps metrics hello --metric cpu_percent --since 15m --step 60s

attention is one list of everything that needs action, and health-score names the specific gaps for one app: a failed deploy, no backups, no alert rules. The dashboard draws the same metrics with deploy markers on the charts, which is the quickest way to see which release made things slow.
