Super Marker doesn't update super pixels on image change

Bug Description

If you change the image, e.g. by marking as complete and moving on, whilst the super marker is active there is a runtime error caused, I think, by the super pixel map not being recalculated upon image change.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the bugs' behaviour:

1. Go to ANNOTATE in the full platform
2. Click on Super Marker (check super pixels)
3. Use the navbar arrows to change image
4. See error

Expected Behaviour

We just need a catch somewhere to recalculate the super pixel map on image change if this tool is active.
