Alternate Colour Maps

Problem

Some users are finding our current annotation colour map to be low-contrast and therefore it is affecting their UX.

Solution

Create some alternate colour maps - see inspiration below. These should have the function that allows users to select which colour map they want to view - individual user control? There also needs to be some UI and UX additions to allow this.
