flexDOAS is a Python library for writing retrieval algorithms
for Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy (DOAS).

This is an early development version and design changes are
possible. If you like to use the code for your project and/or
want to contribute to the project please contact me.

Requirements
============
- python 2.7 (3.x support will be added in future)
- numpy
- scipy
- cython
- netCDF4
- xarray


Installing
==========
To install flexDOAS, download and unzip the code
from https://github.com/gkuhl/flexDOAS or clone
the git repository:

$ git clone https://github.com/gkuhl/flexDOAS

change to the flexDOAS-x.y directory, where x.y is the
flexDOAS version number, and type the following:

$ python setup.py install
