Add hello world Flutter app

Fixes githubnext#1

Add a basic "Hello, World!" Flutter app to the repository.

* **README.md**
  - Add instructions on how to run the Flutter app.
  - Update project structure and license information.

* **lib/main.dart**
  - Create a new Dart file with a basic Flutter app.
  - Display "Hello, World!" on the screen.

* **pubspec.yaml**
  - Add Flutter dependencies.
