Multi features like monorepo

hello. interesting how to right to do this.
For example I have db feature. Rabbit feature. And log collection feature. How to tell in specify that log feature must use rabbit feature to push logs to rabbit, and rabbit feature or db can use log collection feature to push own logs. In this case path is - db -> log -> rabbit. Or this rabbit -> logs -> rabbit. In this case rabbit feature push logs wia log feature that use rabbit as transport logs to rabbit.
