convert_hf_to_gguf_update.py OR convert_hf_to_gguf.py ?

I have a question,

Should we use convert_hf_to_gguf_update.py or convert_hf_to_gguf.py.
Looking at the name I would have said convert_hf_to_gguf_update.py but the https://github.com/ggml-org/llama.cpp/blob/master/tools/quantize/README.md seems to say something else.

If we really should use convert_hf_to_gguf.py maybe should we delete/rename convert_hf_to_gguf_update.py ?
