[Android] Re-add Profiling to Wizard

#720 removed Profiling from the generated manifest because of https://docs.sentry.io/platforms/android/profiling/troubleshooting/#i-see-elevated-number-of-crashes-in-the-android-runtime-when-profiling-is-activated

The volume of ART crashes are going down, so we can think of adding it again, but ideally after prompting the user and informing them about the issue, similar to how we handle it in product onboarding and getting started docs
