Map operations (RWMap, TTLMap)
Network utilities (IP classification, multiaddr parsing)
File operations (AtomicallySaveToFile, LoadFromFile)
Track performance over time in CI

To close this issue we need to have comparison of running benchmarks on base branch and pr branch . Nit just silently discarding artifacts like in other repos (will be fixed)
