No logs appearing

Hi Geoffroy, I tried your project. I had to update the docker-compose to use es 5 as kibana was complaining about using es 2.

At this point it comes up ok.

When I start a separate container on the same host and redirect the std out using --log-driver=fluentd nothing is shown in kibana.

Have you any idea how I could debug this? I dont see anything on the docker site for the log driver to indicate problems and theres nothing in the fluentd log to indicate it received anything.
