WIP multi-purpose discord bot written using discord.py.

Most issues and pull requests submitted will not be receiving much attention until the next semester.
Not supported currently because of the evolving database schema. This will be available when it is made final.
We are not responsible for any errors that may occur when running this bot on your own. It is also not production-ready.
