Always in the DBI_A file are implemented some formula to verify the compilation of the excel file

It might not be needed to do anything for this check, it needs to be clarified with the client

NOTA: Il file che permette di fare i controlli di mantenimento del grado di
compilazione è DBI_A.xls.
