Extension detail view broken for non-TER extensions

Since d4d4bce, the action Extension->show() is broken for extensions that are not released in TER and therefore don't have a lastUpdated date defined. The viewhelper DateTimeAgeViewHelper expects the date to always be defined while the extension model allows null for this property.
