Polygons can now be created.
Events changed from edit to pm:edit and pm:create.

Edit Event

Added an Edit Event for changes on a polygon or a layerGroup

Editable GeoJSON Polygons

This release enables you to edit L.geoJson layers and L.polygon layers.
Other layers might be working as well but aren't tested yet.
