Place "postprocessor" output into "postprocessor" subdirectory #6756
Description
Following up on what was done in #6735, there are several other postprocessors which write output to a text file which can flood the main output directory. For organization, it is better to have the postprocessor write these files to it's own subdirectory. Below are a list of the postprocessors which write text files that could benefit from a PR identical to #6735.
- Sea level
- Dynamic topography
- Heat Flux Map
- Geoid
I'll open up a series of PR's which individually address the above postprocessors.
