Incompatible Login / Logout

I tried calling the functions in different moments in my application. When it is at login and logout they doesn't work at all, but when it is in a different controller in the application, they work as expected. So I suppose it's not my application problem, since it works in some situations. Is there a chance angular-tawk-to is incompatible with angular authentication handlers?

Another thing that is happening when a function is called after login or before logout is that the widget doesn't work to send messages. When a popup is opened, it is ok, but on the widget the messages and the requisition to end chat can't be sent.
