Remove PhyloAlps data from GoaT to avoid confusion within the community.
PhyloAlps is an EBP affiliate, completed project, whose aim was NOT to generate high-quality assemblies.
Some of the data was short read and environmental genomics. Their status currently goes only to "sample_collected", but the project does not have samples to contribute for generating reference genome assemblies.
To avoid current confusion and recurrent misunderstandings, we should keep the phyloalps project page for reference, but remove the project acronym from the target and status list imports.
