Few links are not working

On wepage https://goat.genomehubs.org/sources, I am unable to access the following links

https://registry.nbnatlas.org/UKSI/UKSI_DwCA.zip

These links are set according to the configuration in the goat-data repo so I'll transfer this issue over to there. I think in these cases, we get the data from sites that are not accessible externally or without authorisation, but they reflect the locations of the sources as available to GoaT
