Dear developers of blobtoolkit,
First of all thank you for this nice tool, I try to get the nextflow plug-in running as suggested and it went quite well as a newby to nextflow ;-) , except the error I'm currently at which I was not able to solve.
Log to the error (output of .command.run):
20260127_error_blobtoolkit.txt
Command I used to ran blobtoolkit inside nextflow:
20260127_command_blobtoolkit.txt
I think the error has to due to something with the formatting of the output of windowstats, because it has no semicolon (":") to seperate on for example this file:
improved3_hifiasm_window_stats.100000.tsv
But correct me if I'm wrong if the problem causing anywhere else, can you please help me or give tips to solve this error.
