blank screen when loading dataset in viewer

I've prepared a BlobDir on a remove server, downloaded it, and am trying to view it locally using blobtoolkit-viewer and blobtoolkit-api, however, open up localhost in firefox (or chrome), I can only get as far as the main "select dataset" screen. As soon as I try and load the dataset, I'm presented with a blank white screen. I'm running both the viewer and api in an xQuartz terminal. When trying to load the dataset directly via the URL, I get "Loading Dataset" indefinitely.

This is likely caused by an incomplete set of data to make the plot, there are still a few situations where the viewer doesn't handle missing data as well as it should. The snail plot uses the least data so may be worth checking if that works by changing the end of the url from /blob to /snail.

If you could let me know whether that plot loads, which version of blobtoolkit (and which pipeline, if relevant) you used, the command/config to load the data and the content of the meta.json file in your BlobDir I can try to wrk out what has happened.

As an alternative, you could try using the blobtk plot command line tool to generate a plot image. This is more tolerant of missing data than the interactive viewer and gives some more informative warnings if it detects a problem with the BlobDir.
