How to obtain genus, family, order, etc blob plots?

BlobTk 0.7.9, blobtk-linux pre-compiled executable ( https://github.com/genomehubs/blobtk/releases/download/0.7.9/blobtk-linux ).

I couldn't find the option / parameter to obtain blob plots for different taxonomic levels, either in the wiki or blobtk plot --help. The default seems to be phylum, how to obtain the plots for other taxonomic levels?

The default category is indeed at the phylum level, to change it you can use -c/--category, e.g.

blobtk plot -d https://blobtoolkit.genomehubs.org/api/v1/dataset/id/CAJEUD01.1 -v blob --category buscogenes_family -o family.png

The exact category name will depend on which tax rule you have used
