De-scope Lexicon and Migrate to OpenSSF Glossary

Summary

To reduce duplication and ensure consistent terminology use across the OpenSSF landscape, we are de-scoping the Gemara lexicon. We will move our definitions to the OpenSSF Glossary and reference them there moving forward.

Next Steps

• Prepare definitions according to the OpenSSF Style Guide
• Submit terms to ossf/glossary with the gemara tag
• Replace local lexicon links with URLs to the OpenSSF Glossary
• Remove the local lexicon files from this repository
